REFUND POLICY FOR THE PERSONAL CFO SERVICES

At The Personal CFO, we are committed to providing exceptional financial advisory services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to withdraw from our services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds based on the duration of your engagement with us.

Refund Schedule

Refunds are calculated based on the time elapsed since the completion of your plan presentation. All refund amounts are calculated excluding GST (Goods and Services Tax).

1. Within the First Month
If you wish to withdraw from our services within one month after the plan presentation, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, excluding GST.

2. Between 1st Month and Before 2nd Month
If you withdraw between the completion of the first month and before the start of the second month, you will receive a refund of 45% of the total amount paid, excluding GST.

3. Between 2nd Month and Before 3rd Month
If you withdraw between the completion of the second month and before the start of the third month, you will receive a refund of 40% of the total amount paid, excluding GST.

4. Between 3rd Month and 4th Month
If you withdraw during the third month or fourth month period, you will receive a refund of 35% of the total amount paid, excluding GST.

5. Between 4th Month and 5th Month
If you withdraw during the fourth month or fifth month period, you will receive a refund of 30% of the total amount paid, excluding GST.

6. Between 5th Month and 6th Month
If you withdraw during the fifth month or sixth month period, you will receive a refund of 25% of the total amount paid, excluding GST.

7. After 6th Month
If you withdraw after the completion of six months of service, you will receive a refund of 20% of the total amount paid, excluding GST.

Important Notes

  • All refund percentages are calculated on the base amount paid, excluding GST.
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
  • The refund period is calculated from the date of plan presentation completion.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at advisory@onecenturion.in.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Your service registration/subscription details
  • Date of plan presentation completion
  • Reason for withdrawal (optional)
